CoreThought™ Implementation, Training, and Support Services CoreThought customers are provided with quality products and quality services. With each installation of our products, the CoreThought Team works to insure that the needs of the end-users are met. There are three components required for quality installation of our products. Implementation: Each customer will have a structured Implementation Plan personalized to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives. Training: Customers will receive substantial training to assist all levels of end-users to be competent users of the software. Applicable manuals and materials will be provided to assist users. Support Services: A trained representative is provided to customers to answer support calls and emails. Issues requiring more detail are entered into CoreThought’s Support Incident tracking system for follow-up and resolution to issues. CoreThought™ Software Development Services
Customizing programs and creating programs can be quoted on a project basis. The goal of every project is to facilitate stakeholder involvement and user acceptance of the customized product.
